Bone-dry. Blackberry and plum, dried herbs, lavender. Aged in amphora. Traditional silky texture but with wilder, darker, more intense profile. Origins somewhat of a mystery, but Bruno is kinda a weird dude. He works his parcels - extremely low yielding and difficult to work land, some of the most difficult in France - with a hoe and a horse. The result: meticulously made, natural, organic, non-interventionist wines that are scarce and really, really delicious. Serve with a slight chill - you'll thank us later.
