Filipa Pato is one of the brightest and youngest talents in Portuguese winemaking. She studied chemical engineering before working with winemakers in Bordeaux, Mendoza, and Margaret River. Her father, Luis Pato, is one of the most prestigious producers in the region. She uses indigenous grapes and yeasts only, and biodynamic and organic practices.
Fresh flowers, citrus fruits, salt on the nose. Pineapple, green apple, fresh bread, cream. Refreshing, soft, mineral-driven. Great with seafood or hard cheese, or as a stand-alone apertif.
