Beautiful pale golden yellow. Notes of honeysuckle, pear, lime, peach pit and salt. Dry, hint of sweetness, finishes beautifully with fruit and acidity. Very well-balanced oak, with just a hint of white tobacco. Pair with mild bleu cheese or grilled fish.
