Vibrant buttercup in color, strong aromas of pineapple, orange, honeyed nuts, hay and beeswax. Viscous texture lifted by crystalline acidity. This is a positively fun minimal-intervention wine made 100% from Savagnin, the Jura variety often made into vin jaune. Receives five days of skin contact and large helpings of Aussie sunshine. Savory and mineral-driven, this would be a top pairing with autumnal dishes like chestnut soup or risotto.

Dave Geyer and Koen Janssens are the Yetti and the Kokonut. These two high-octane, talented young winemakers have partnered up to produce some truly original and thrilling wines from sustainable vineyards across South Australia. Their wines are colouful, flavorful and a little tongue in cheek, but incredibly drinkable and delicious.
