750mL | 13% | 100% Pinot Grigio
"With this wine, the skins have been left to macerate in the pressed juice for 72 hours, giving it the copper hued, rosé-like color that is it’s defining characteristic. All stainless-steel, naturally-fermented with very few sulfites used in a quite natural winemaking fashion. Make no mistake - this is a dry white wine first. Notes of fresh lime and pear are complimented by a textured mouthfeel and minerality that comes from the extended skin contact. It’s clean, crisp, refreshing, but complex at the same time. I recommend serving it with just a medium chill on it. Not too cold, or you’ll lose some of those characteristics the winemaker is going for."
