750mL | 80% Rabo-de-Anho, 20% Vinhao
OG Portuguese Rosé! This house was the first ever to produce a rosé in the Vinho Verde DOC in 1991.
Estate fruit only, less residual sugar and less carbonation, all of which are atypical for the region. Granite soil, sandy loam, schist planted inland at 320m, with vines between 10 and 35 years old. Bright acidity, medium body. Floral, crisp, fresh strawberry and watermelon. A straight-up patio-pounder. Oh, and it's 100% vegan, if you're into that sort of thing.
