1.5L | 40% Abouriou, 40% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot
Elian began studying wine at 14 and produced his first vintage in 1988. He was the first winemaker to produce and bottle his own wine under the Cotes du Marmandais appellation. Red and black fruit, licorice, musk, dark chocolate. Round, supple, fruity, fresh, silky. Unfined, slight filtration. Great with pork belly, roasted meat, pasta, salads, goat cheese. This wine rarely makes it out of France, so it's a real treat when you get to try it on this side of the world. Get the party started!
